Snowflake Arizona Temple Plaque

This multi-layer "mandala style" temple plaque is an original design. This detailed art piece is created out of 9 layers of laser-cut birch and stained birch, including navy stained birch, as well as, deep walnut and mahogany woods. The background design is inspired by the huge stained glass window on the front of the building.

Each layer is slightly different than the one above and uses design elements that reflect the unique architectural detail found in this specific temple, an effect that is relaxing and mesmerizing.

This unique piece of inspirational artwork makes a special gift for friends, newly weds and loved ones. It can be showcased in your home or office, hung on a  wall or displayed on a desk or shelf.

The Snowflake Temple Layer Plaque has been created in 3 sizes. This custom laser cut design is gorgeous and durable and includes a wooden box for shipping and storage, though you will want to show it off in a prominent place.

The Snowflake Arizona Temple was the second temple built in Arizona, following the Mesa Arizona Temple (1927).

The Snowflake Arizona Temple is a sister building to the Winter Quarters Nebraska Temple. The same core plan was used for the Quetzaltenango Guatemala Temple with some exterior modifications.

The town of Snowflake was named after its founder, William J. Flake, and the apostle with charge over the colonization of Arizona, Erastus Snow, who visited the settlement a few months after Flake arrived.
